This side salad is great with grilled chicken, beef, pork or seafood.
And Be amazing with the addition of red pepper and chopped fresh cilantro and toasted sesame seeds
- 1/4 Chinese cabbage
- 200g snow peas
- 2 peeled carrots,
- 5cm piece golden ginger, peeled,
- 2 tbs vegetable oil
- 2 tbs fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbs soy sauce
Spraying Chinese cabbage finely and cut the snow peas, golden ginger, carrots to matchsticks
Combine the cabbage, snow pea, carrot and ginger in a bowl.
Whisk the oil, lemon juice and soy sauce in a jug or a bowl until well combined. pour over cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
